H&C Asparagus Blankets:
In your shopping cart you'll need:
- Asparagus Spears
- Croissant dough (I use Pillsbury reduced fat...so I don't feel so guilty grabbing a second!)
- Sliced Ham
- Sharp Cheddar Jack Cheese slices

Place 2 to 3 asparagus spears (cooked) on top and... |

Roll :) |

Set oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 12-15 minutes, until tops are slighting brown |

Let cool for a few minutes before serving (cheese tends to leak water and its HOT!) |
And for dessert...smore's pops! While I had to end up swapping out these small sticks for the long ones so we could use them over the fire pit, these smores pops were perfect for toasting. You'd be surprised that the chocolate doesn't melt right off the marshmallow but that the graham cracker toasts just right! Less the mess!

Just dip marshmallows into melted chocolate... |

and roll in crushed graham crackers |
