Harlow Knox Stereobox: A Bid Farewell...For Now...to the Outdoor Room...

Ahhh...What limbs I would give just to have my a great roof deck overlooking a spectacular city or beautiful mountain range...

This past weekend, I celebrated my brother Jonathan's birthday, along with other October babies, at a great rooftop party in NYC. The views were breathtaking over looking downtown Manhattan and some gorgeous "end of the summer" weather kept everyone bubbly. That, and the champagne...

My friends Esteban and Dallas also have a fabulous view of the Boston skyline in their North End nest that just boasted and begged for a romantic dinner by candlelight on a fair weather night with a lovely lady (pick me pick me!!).

And now....I am the saddest to say that the chilly fall weather has finally arrived with a bitter 55 degrees and cloudy on this dreary Monday. Frankly, it's got me dreaming of summer roof top festivities and how I'll miss them so as we come to terms that there just won't be any outdoor social events anytime soon....

So let's raise a glass to some beautiful roof patios that will leave us glimmering of next summer... when we can bring these lovely places to life once again....
