RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR-IIIIbbbaaaaaaaaa! *pow pow**pow pow*...everyone knows I love a good tequila drink; and Benjamin Carrier, a head bartender writing for the Huffington Post, just gave me five new reasons to keep Jose in my life for a little while longer after summer...
They all look and sound delicious, but I have to say this recipe might be my next concoction - seeing it uses my favorite brand of tequila and the name is quite fitting for this topsy-turvy weather.
So break back out your dusty sombrero and fill the pin-yata...it's time for a fiesta! Ey ey ey!!!
Indian Summer Tequila Mojito
2 oz. Milagro Silver Tequila
1/4 cup Organic Cucumber
1/4 cup Organic Watermelon
1 Tbsp. Organic Agave Nectar
1/2 oz Fresh Organic Lime Juice
6 Organic Mint Leaves
Muddle organic cucumber and organic watermelon thoroughly.
Rip mint leaves.
Combine tequila + organic agave nectar and shake.
Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass.
Garnish with an organic cucumber wheel and mint sprig.
2 oz. Milagro Silver Tequila
